Noida-based Ringing Bells has launched India՚s cheapest mobile Freedom 251 at the cost of ₹ , 251. Union defense minister Manohar Parrikar will launched this phone today along with Murli Manohar Joshi Member of Parliament and former? Minister of Science and Technology.
