Till 2014, data interpretation (DI) was a part of Quantitative Ability and logical reasoning was part of Verbal Reasoning.

  3. The major change in the examination process is written answers. Till 2014, CAT was totally based on multiple choice based questions, but this year, some questions may not be having multiple choices, the detailed format of the examination will be available on the official website from October 15, 2015.
