Declared CBSE Result of Class XII [ CBSE Board Updates ]

Class XII result 2017 has been declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board on its official website on 28 May 2017. To check result visit official website cbseresults. nic. in

  • The exam was held from 9th March 2017 to 29th April 2017.
  • The overall result is 82%, which is a quality decrease than last year, which was 83%.

2. Enter your roll number, school number; centre number then click on submits button.

3. Then the result will be displayed on the screen

4. Then Download the result and take a print out.

  • Delhi has topped the list with 86.45 (in 2017 it was 87.01 %) pass percentage which is higher than national result.
  • Around 11 lakh students were registered for the Class 12 exams, whereas last year 10, 67, 900 students were appear in the exams.
  • The ratio of 95 - 100 % scoring student has been increased to 10, 091 which were 9351 last year.
  • Girls are getting better and better than boys, this year total 4, 60, 026 girls appeared in the exam from which 87.50 % passed and 6, 38, 865 boys gave the exam from which 78 % cleared the exam.
  • This year 2449 disabled students appeared in exam from which 2123 passed.
  • A Noida girl Raksha Gopal has topped the exam with 99.6 % in arts faculty. She secured 100 marks in 3 subjects English, Political Science and Economics. She secured 99 marks in other 2 subjects: Psychology and History.

  • The second position was bagged by Chandigarh students Bhumi Sawant with 99.4 per cent and third rank was secured by Aditya Jain with 99.2 per cent.
