About CTET examination 2017

CTET 2014: Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2014) is organised by Central Board for Secondary Education. In order to be eligible to teach classes I-VIII candidates need to give the CTET entrance test.

CTET 2014 applies to the schools stated below:

  • Central Government schools (KVS, NVS, Tibetan schools etc) schools who are under administrative control of UT of Chandigarh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Daman and Diu, Dadar and Nagar Haveli and NCT of Delhi.
  • Unaided private schools who consider CTET 2014.
  • Schools controlled as well as administered by State government or local bodies if the State decides not to conduct State TET.

Commonly known as: CTET.

    You must be good at current affairs, there is no fixed methodology on whether the current affairs are asked or not but definitely topics that are in news are at higher priority.
