CTET Application Procedure
Online application will soon be made available on CBSE official website for CTET 2017.
Steps for filling up CTET 2017 Application Form
Candidates can however apply online for CTET 2017 through CBSE official website.
Candidates need to fill the details and information online. After submitting the online application, a confirmation page will be formed with the registration number.
Take 2 print-outs of this confirmation page. Candidates must need to keep a copy of this confirmation page with themselves for the further use.
You need to Paste your recent passport size photograph in the space that is being provided.
For payment of fees, you need to pay through challan by depositing the fees in CBSE account with Sydicate Bank or e-Post Office in favour of ‘Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.’ You have an option to pay online with the help of Debit or Credit Card.
The documents (confirmation page with pasted photograph and CBSE copy of challan) will be sent through Registered or Speed Post to the CBSE Office:
The Assistant Secretary (CTET).
Central Board of Secondary Education.

CTET 2017 Exam Pattern
CTET 2017is a objective type paper having multiple choice questions i.e.. MCQs.
No negative marking will be there.
There are 2 papers, Namely:
- Those who want to teach classes I-V have to appear for CTET 2017 Paper I.
- Those who want to teach classes VI-VIII have to appear for CTET 2017 Paper I.
Candidates who wants to teach classes I-VIII have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).
