ICAR-NAARM Technology Business Incubator (TBI), a-IDEA and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad’s (IIM-A) incubator Center for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) announced “AGRI UDAAN”- Food and Agribusiness Accelerator 2.0.
Programme to select startups for mentoring to scale operations in agri-value chain for effective improvement in agriculture.

6 month program where shortlisted agri startups will be mentored to scale up their operations- called Accelerator.
Selected innovative startups should have working prototype and initial market traction
Support given through education, mentorship, and financing.
Startups enter accelerators for a time as part of a cohort- shortlisted by evaluation panel comprising of industry veterans, business experts, R&D scientists.

AGRI UDAAN will be reaching out to agri-startups with a series of road shows in Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata & Hyderabad.

Previously NAARM TBI a-IDEA India’s first Food & Agribusiness accelerator 2015 in partnership with IIM-A CIIE, National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) created a great impact- providing impetus to AGRI UDAAN – a unique initiative for upliftment of agri startups
Rigorous Mentoring and Acceleration
Shortlisted cohort of startups to undergo a capacity building (CB) workshop in ICAR-NAARM.
Startups to be trained in aspects of technology commercialization, product validation, business plan preparation, risk analysis, customer engagement, finance management, fund raising etc.
A match making process between startup and mentor.
Accelerator program to culminate with demo day with investors at Hyderabad and Mumbai.
