Airtel, Millicom International Sign Agreement to Combine Ghana Operations (Download PDF)

BhartiAirtel and Millicom International Cellular Respective subsidiaries entered into an agreement for Tigo Ghana Limited and Airtel Ghana Limited. This agreement has signed to combine their operations in Ghana. Both would have equal ownership and governance rights in the combined entity.
