  • Proposed by Ministry of Development of North eastern Region (MDoNER).

  • Service for remote and far - flung areas of Northeast.

  • Initiative involves a mobile dispensary in a Helicopter with a doctor, necessary equipment and medicines.

  • That can fly to remote and far-flung on regular basis and also, as and when required.

  • 👌 Idea takes its inspiration from “Royal Flying Service of Australia”, popularly known as “Flying Doctors”.

National SC/ST Hub

  • National SC/ST Hub under the Ministry of MSME will promote the SC/ST entrepreneurs.

  • Initial outlay of Rs. 490 crore.

  • Hub will work towards:

    • strengthening market access/linkage

    • monitoring capacity building

    • leveraging financial support schemes

    • sharing industry best practices

Zero Defect, Zero Effect (ZED) Scheme

  • 👌 Conceived and structured to offer graded benchmark levels of an organization’s performance through a set of standards.

  • Aim: To rate and handhold all MSMEs to deliver top - quality products using clean technology.

  • ZED model will sensitize MSMEs to emphasize delivery of high quality products with zero defects.

  • There will be sector - specific assessment parameters for each industry.
