Introduction

  • India’s Global rank is 81. Visa free score of India is 46.
  • Jordan and India both are on 81 position of Global Passport rank generated by Artons.
  • It assigns a “visa-free score” according to the number of countries a passport holder can visit visa-free.
  • Germany take first place with a visa-free score of 157, closely followed by Singapore and Sweden which were both ranked second with a visa-free score of 156.
  • China was ranked at 58th and Pakistan ranks 98th. While VFS of both the countries are 57 and 26 respectively.
  • Afghanistan’s passport was the least powerful with a visa-free score of 23.
  • The index also added a new World Openness Score which tracks the progression of freedom of mobility across the globe.
