Indian Railways Launches IRCTC Rail Connect App (Download PDF)

The Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu launched new passenger mobile application named ‘IRCTC Rail Connect app’. IRCTC Rail ticketing now made simpler just by swipe, shuffle, select and book.

  • Integrated with IRCTC e-wallet for faster and hassle free transactions.

  • Education: Wilfrid Laurier University, Free University of Berlin.   
  • Prabhu is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.   
  • He was All India 11th (eleventh) rank holder in CA exam.   
  • Prabhu has held several government and semi government positions.   
  • Award: Recipient of Goud Saraswat Brahmin Samaj Maharatha Award on 18 August 2016.
