World Mental Health Day (WMHD) is observed on 10th October each year. Its purpose is to create awareness about mental health issues around the world. It also aims to collaborate efforts in support of mental health.

  • Thousands of supporters come to celebrate this annual awareness program on mental illness and its effects on people’s life worldwide.
  • This day is a part of an awareness week in some countries like:
    • Mental Illness Awareness Week in the US
    • Mental Health Week In Australia
