Noida-based Ringing Bells has launched India’s cheapest mobile Freedom 251 at the cost of Rs, 251. Union defense minister Manohar Parrikar will launched this phone today along with Murli Manohar Joshi Member of Parliament and former? Minister of Science and Technology.

The phone will be available from 18th February 2016 (6 AM) and closed at 21st February 2016 (8 PM) from Company’s official website http://freedon251.com
