Managing Quality and Complaints

  • LEDs’ procured by EESL have technical fault less than 2 % in the 30 lakh lights installed.

  • EESL has installed Centralized Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) to enable remote operation and monitoring of the streetlights providing real time information on energy consumption and remote monitoring.

  • EESL has maintained an uptime of 97 % for all streetlights across the country.

  • Stringent complaint redressal mechanism through UJALA dashboard, or on EESL social media handles, phone, or email.
