  • He joined civil services in 1982.
  • Mullick has previously served in various capacities after entering civil services.
  • His first posting was as an Assistant Collector in Nagpur.
  • He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation in year 2002.
  • Later he had appointed as Secretary to former Maharashtra Governor Mohammed Fazal in 2003.
