  • Upgraded version of AirSewa operates thru interactive web portal & mobile app for both Android & iOS platforms.

  • It will help capture air travellers’ feedback for policy interventions.

  • It will offer passengers convenient & hassle-free air travel experience.

  • It will allow flyers to register their complaints thru social media using hashtag (#) AirSewa.

  • It will provide all facilities & services including assistance to disabled or unaccompanied minor that are available at airports across India.

Minister of Civil Aviation & Minister of Commerce & Industry gave away Champion Award to Chennai airport for achieving 100 % timely closures of grievances in a year.
