Services
G2C communication (government to consumer) communication including health, education, agriculture, human resource development, employment, fundamental rights, disaster warnings, RTI
Information dissemination - interactive kiosks, voice & local language interface, including web browsing
Edutainment - including multi-functional space for group interaction, entertainment, training and empowerment
E-governance & e-services - transactions like market (e-krishi) information, banking, insurance, travel, post, e-forms to request government services, etc.
C2G kiosk - grievances, complaints, requests, and suggestions.
Financial inclusion - payment for NREGA, etc.
Healthcare - telemedicine and remote health camps have also been envisaged as part of the CSC՚s extended functionalities

Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE)
A VLE is a CSC operator with entrepreneurial traits, strong social commitment, and respect within the community.
There is a direct correlation between the quality of services offered at CSCs and entrepreneurial abilities of VLEs operating them.
There are 2.37 lakh VLEs operational under the CSC ecosystem.

Launch of Patanjali Products through CSCs
CSC SPV has tied up with Patanjali Ayurveda for sale of Patanjali products at the last mile through network of Common Services Centers.
Products to be sold through distributor model through CSC District VLE Societies.
Launch of Bharat Bill Pay Service through CSCs
Bharat Bill Pay Service (BBPS) is a unified bill payment system under the umbrella of National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI)
CSCs can provide BBPS services enabling villagers to pay their electricity, water, gas, DTH, and mobile bills.
Deposit Service in Aadhaar Enabled Payment System - Digi Pay
CSC SPV, in Collaboration with NPCI, launched Aadhaar Enabled Payment service Digi Pay. Now cash deposit service will enable citizens to deposit cash in their Aadhaar seeded bank account.
Exchange of MOU for Sale of IFFCO Products like Fertilizers, Seeds through CSCs
CSC will market all products and service offerings of IFFCO and Group Companies through Digital Seva portal.
Here once VLE accepts orders from farmers for agri-inputs and other services, it can place orders on CSC portal and remit payment.
Exchange of MOU between CSC & IGNOU
CSC SPV is collaborating with IGNOU for offering online services like online admission form & examination form submissions, online re-registration, and online payment facilitation through the Digital Seva portal.
Tele-Radiology Service through CSC
5C Network (India՚s first diagnostic network connecting hospitals and diagnostic centers with X-Ray, CT, and MRI to radiologists) is collaborating with CSC SPV for providing last mile radio-diagnostic facility at grassroots level.
Exchange of MOU for Tally GST Service
CSC SPV is collaborating with Tally Education to increase adoption of computerized accounting and GST compliance across the rural and sub-urban regions. VLEs ensuring GST compliance for small businesses and traders to receive complimentary license for most recent version of GST billing and compliance software from Tally.
