Ansar Ahmad Shaikh Son of Auto Rickshaw Driver Cracks UPSC 2015

21-year-old Ansar Ahmad Shaikh from Maharashtra has qualified in UPSC exams 2015.
He is the son of autorickshaw driver from Shelgaon Village in Jalana district.
He had completed his schooling from Jalana district and graduated in political science with 73% in 2015 from Fergusson College Pune.
He has secured 361st rank in civil services examination in his very first attempt. He belongs to OBC category, and hopes to gain an IAS (Indian Administrative Services) posting and become India՚s youngest IAS officer.
During his graduation period he has changed his surname to a more acceptable “Shubham” to get food and housing without aggravations.
He said “I was marginalized by three different categories. I am from a backward undeveloped region, I hail from a poor economic background and I belong to a minority community. I will tackle all these issues as an administrator since I have witnessed these issues at close quarters” .
He said he used to study 13 hours daily, he has two married sister and one elder brother. He gives all credit of his success to his elder brother and her mother՚s unconditional support.
Despite of financial crises faced by the family, he didn՚t give up and achieved his biggest dream.
