# Detailed Analysis of JEE (Main) 2016 with Expected Cutoffs

Key lesson from analysis of JEE Mains 2016 Paper is that students should not leave modern physics, simple hydrocarbons, binomial theorem, vector algebra and complex numbers.

JEE (Main) 2016 were conducted on 3rd April 2016 for students choosing to take this exam by offline mode at centers in 129 cities by Central Board of Secondary Education. This is the fourth edition of this Exam after wide ranging changes introduced in year 2013 by CBSE and Ministry of HRD. Around 12 Lakh students have taken this exam in offline and online modes.

JEE (Main) 2016 were conducted in two parts (Paper 1 and Paper 2).

• Paper 1 was conducted from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (for engineering)

• Paper 2 for B. Arch. Candidates was conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm. (for B. Arch degrees)

## Analysis of Paper 1

The paper pattern was same as last year and as last year there were 90 objective type questions with 4 marks weightage. Subject wise each subject had 30 questions of 120 marks and more detail of marks is described below:

We have also analyses difficulty level on basis on subject wise questions overall paper is moderated, but most of the student find difficulty in Physics and there is possibility that cutoff will be decries due to 1, 50,000 to 2, 00,000 are available which is described below:
