Highlights:
- Score of JEE Main paper 1 is only considered when shortlisting candidates for JEE Advanced exam.
- Result can be checked through online process only.
- JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) Main is a national level examination supervised by the CBSE Board.
- Various top institutions consider JEE Main score for providing admission.
- JEE Main exams are conducted for admission to B Tech, BE and B. Arch programmes.
- This programme offered at NITs, IIITs, and other government approved engineering institutes.
- JEE Main 2017 exams were held on April 2 (offline mode), April 8 and 9 (online mode).
- Around 10.2 lakh students have appeared in JEE Main 2017 pen & paper based examination.
- JEE Main (Paper 2) results will be released on 27th May 2017.
- Students are suggested to take extra printouts of the result and keep it safe till the admission process get completed.
- JEE Main Rank Card has been issued containing the All India Rank, State Rank, Category Rank and other details.

- Step 1: Go to CBSE results portal jeemain. nic. in
- Step 2: Click on the link for JEE Entrance Examination (Main) 2017 result.
- Step 3: Enter your roll number and date of birth and click on submit.
