Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main: Three Attempts Fixed from the Year 2017

JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) main exam from the year 2017, three attempts have been fixed. JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) Main is a national level examination supervised by the CBSE Board. JEE exam is a two tier examination:

  • First Main
  • Second advanced
JEE Three Attempts Fixed
  • Both the exam is conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) Board.
  • This exam is conducted in two modes:
    • Online (computer based mode)
    • Offline (pen and paper based mode)
  • Candidates appearing for JEE Main 2017must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
  • All the Indian citizen candidates require AADHAAR card issued by UIDAI at the time of filling application form of JEE (Main) -2017.
  • Various top institutions consider JEE Main score for providing admission.
  • Examination will consist of the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
  • JEE Main exams are conducted for admission to B Tech, BE and B. Arch programmes.
  • This programme offered at NITs, IIITs, and other government approved engineering institutes.
