1. How much time did you devote daily for preparation?

Answer: 2 - 3 hours (Paper 1) and 4 - 5 hours (Paper 2) for a duration of 3 months.

2. What do you consider are the best references?

Answer: Paper 1: Examrace YouTube Channel, and Paper 2: (Park and Vivek Jain).

3. What should be the preparation strategy?

Answer: Solving previous 5 years question papers of UGC NET. Following standard course book (any 1 or max 2) and revising atleast twice the whole syllabus before exams. Practicing DI, RC, number series daily.

4. How was Examrace resources beneficial for you? What all resources did you found useful?

Answer: I followed examrace handouts (current affairs), YouTube lectures/videos: Examrace YouTube Channel, postal course:, test series:, and every little thing which Manishika madam taught. Even the live sessions and quizes were amazing. Ma’am is really an angel for me which helped me achieving my goal. The best part is that ma’am is extremely prompt in solving queries and giving timely solutions of problems.

5. What special tips would you like to give to aspirants?

Answer: Previous 5 - 6 years papers should be solved thoroughly.

6. What strategy do you recommend for Paper 1 and Social Medicine?

Answer: Follow any 1 standard book for paper 2: It’s extremely important to revise whole syllabus atleast twice before exams. Daily practicing DI and RC.
