Brain is classified as Forebrain viz., cortex (frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe and occipital lobe), basal ganglia and limbic system (thalamus, hypothalamus, amygdala, hippocampus and cingulate cortex), Hindbrain (Medulla, Pons and Cerebellum) and midbrain.     It totally depends on the institute where you are enrolled. You will have to check at your college regarding the same if they have entrance exam or direct admission for masters.
