Established by Hkm. Abud Najeed Khan in the year 1889, the Ayurvedic & Unani Tibbia College, has a hospital attached to it.
Practical training, along with theoritical curriculum is provided to the students studying here.

The under graduate degree offered is of 5 years and 6 months duration which includes 12 months of internship programme.

Eligibility: 10 + 2 pass candidates with Physics, Biology, Chemistry and English.

An aggregate of 50% is required in Chemistry, Physics and Biology taken together.

Candidates should also pass English from any recognized institution that offers regular classes on English.

It is also necessary for the students to have passing marks in all the subjects.

Candidates should be 17 years of age as on 31st October of the present year when taking admission.
Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery

The course offered is of 5 years and 6 months duration.

Eligibility: Candidates who have cleared 12th standard with an aggregate of 50% marks in Biology, Chemistry and Physics taken together.

Candidates are also required to have pass marks in one subject other than SUPW from any recognized institute offering regular classes.

Candidates should also submit a certificate that states that he or she has passed Hindi in their 8th class examination.

Candidates need to have passing marks in all the subjects.

Candidate should be 17 years of age as on 31st October of the present academic year when taking admission.

Admission is strictly based on merit.

Admission is given to forty students every year and others are as follows-Government nominated candidates 4 (2 foreign candidates and 2 students from the respective states where no Ayurvedic college exists.)
Reservation of Seats

Seats are kept reserved for SC (15%) and ST (71/2%) candidates.

5% seats are given to the children and widows of late army personnel.

85% seats are kept reserved for Delhi residents.

15% seats are allotted to the students applying from all over India.
